Juan Miguel "Migz" Zubiri is a seasoned legislator who served as the 30th Senate President of the Philippines. Often called "Mr. Clean Energy," he is a primary author of the Renewable Energy Act and the Biofuels Act. He has spent much of his career representing his home province of Bukidnon and advocating for environmental protection.
